In the year 4 and 5 bubble we've been producing our own power point presentations about animals that interest us. Unfortunately the files are too large to share on here, but if you send an email to Mr Hunt ([email protected]) he will email your child's file to you to look at. #VirtualSTWSchoolGames Celebration week kicks off on Monday 29th June! Our week of celebrations starts with a live warm up at 10am followed by our Virtual School Games Has Got Talent winners as part of our opening ceremony.
We’ll be posting videos of people joining in with our warm up so look out to see if you recognise anyone! Every day, we will announce the winners of our weekly challenges, so make sure that you join in to see if you are a #VirtualSTWSchoolGames winner! The timetable for the week is below: It’s our final week of challenges at #VirtualSTWSchoolGames and this week it’s tennis! The link to the challenge sheet is here! Links to the video showing how to complete the challenge are included in the challenge sheet. We are so delighted that so many children from across the county have taken part in our weekly challenges. There have been some brilliant efforts - you can see some of our entries so far on our website and also on the Energize Youtube channel – see if you can spot yourself among the montages! This is the last week for entries – you can send through your entries for any of our challenges – Dodgeball, New Age Kurling, Athletics, Boccia, Cricket or Tennis at any point up until Monday 29th June. Simply send the videos of your challenge attempt to [email protected]. If you have missed any, all the challenges can be found on our website. Don’t forget that all children will receive participation certificates with medals, wrist bands and t-shirts for the winners in each year group. We will also have a special Judge’s Choice award for each event! We can’t wait to see your final videos and are so excited about our #VirtualSTWSchoolGames celebration week starting 29th June. We tried to find all the different pentominoes (shapes made from 5 squares) If you want to have a go at home the worksheet and slides are below.
